Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative catalogue development for Oriflame Turkey, to create the next generation catalogues for Turkey in line with the globally recommended brand guidelines and in a way to support brand image and to engage Oriflame consultants about the products & offers.
Graphic Designer should be in strong cooperation with Copywriters, Art Directors, Campaign Planners and Snr. Print Production Coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Production of the Turkish catalogues in close collaboration with Campaign Planners, Art Directors, Copywriters
· Be in active position to develop concepts for the catalogues based on the brief coming from Campaign Planning Team
· Continously improve the sections in catalogues within the guidelines.
· Ensure clear understanding of the purpose of all materials delivered, target group etc.
· Constantly seek for reusing of layouts from other Regions to avoid “reinventing the wheel”
· Continously improve product displays in the catalogue by using other regions’ photo shooting
· Constantly seek for new trends, ideas to further drive the attractiveness of the catalogues
· Insert local text and prices in the layouts
· Prepare layouts ready for print, including image retouch controls
· Be responsible for the final upload with complete finalized catalogue
· Follow up and implement dummy changes, assure layouts and documents are accurate and checked before uploads and handovers
Attend various meetings related with catalogue development process as per schedule and present the concept and its link with the creative brief
Graphic Designer needs to be a creative individual who has the inner motivation and passion to continuously improve catalogue execution to generate next generation catalogues for Oriflame
