Are you a strategic and hands-on creative ready to shape the future of an iconic global beauty brand? Oriflame is looking for a talented Designer to join our Global Design Team in Stockholm.

As a Designer, you will play a key role in defining and evolving the visual identity of the Oriflame parent brand, developing event design concepts and materials, and bringing new product concepts and packaging to life. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that inspire, elevate, and connect with consumers around the world.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the creative development and evolution of Oriflame’s parent brand visual identity across all channels and formats
  • Conceptualize and design brand events materials that bring the Oriflame story to life
  • Lead the design process for new product development, from early-stage concept to final packaging design
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing, communication, and digital teams to deliver compelling and cohesive brand experiences
  • Mentor and guide other designers, contributing to a creative and collaborative team culture

What You Will Bring

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in brand and product design, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in brand identity, packaging, and event design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with motion or 3D design tools is a plus
  • A strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional environments
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A passion for branding, storytelling, and design innovation
