Purpose of the role​

To further strengthen our Global Digital Services we are searching for a Growth and Lead Generation Specialist, based in our offices in Stockholm (hybrid). The role requires occasional travelling. You will work in the Global Digital Services team which envisions, creates and delivers a variety of digital solutions on different products and platforms to global markets. The most amazing and skilled digital specialists work in this team – product owners, SME’s and product designers. The team works with agile methods, leading to new ways of thinking with great results.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google ad campaigns for Oriflame sales companies. The focus will be on the Oriflame business opportunity and promoting attractive product offers. The main objective is to generate high-quality leads that convert into new Members and Brand Partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online leads generation, preferably within FMCG, with a proven track record of achieving high and cost efficient conversion rates.

Your responsibility
  • Campaign Management: Assist Oriflame sales companies with setting up and executing Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential Members and Brand Partners through targeted advertising.
  • Affiliate program: management and execution of the company’s influencer affiliate program.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, and ROI.
  • Lead generation tools for Brand Partners: Scouting, analysis, recommendation, recommendation and scouting.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Collaborate with teams across different markets to share best practices and insights, ensuring consistent and effective campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Development: Work with the creative team to source compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with Oriflame’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth and Lead Generation, specifically with Meta and Google ad platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with high conversion rates and low cost per conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
