Purpose of the Role

The Logistics System Specialist position is a part of the Global Logistics Team with prime focus on securing Oriflame business continuity by monitoring dataflow in Oriflame, as well as maintain stock levels in Global Central Warehouse – Distribution Centre in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor data flow in Oriflame systems and fix all business related errors
    • Ensure compliance of stock levels on the SKU level
    • Create reports related to Stock Alignment process for Finance Department
    • Correct Customer Invoice and Shipment documents in ERP system due to Logistic/Market requests
    • Customer Data updates in ERP System
    • Create Return transactions in ERP system
    • Create reports related to goods returns process for Finance Department
    • Keep Global Distribution Centre System Support Team KPI’s in set targets
    • Work with Global Supply Chain Teams on daily basis when it comes to cross-teams operations & projects
    • Support IT activities within the Business Projects
    • Ad-hoc report generation and data analysis
    • Carry out any administrative duties or tasks within the scope spirit and purpose of the job as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP (SAP/OFS/Oracle)
    • Degree in Computer Science, Logistics or in relevant area
    • English fluency is a must
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to set priorities
    • Ability to work under time pressure
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
    • Can-do, proactive and problem solving attitude
    • Analytical skills
