Purpose of the role​

In this role, you will be the star who makes everything come together seamlessly. You are someone who sees solutions instead of problems and isn’t afraid to improvise or think flexibly. You will primarily work on creating events for our brand partners, but also for influencers. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution, managing event logistics such as venue selection, catering, trips, and transportation, and developing and maintaining relationships with brand partners and influencers.

This role will report to MD Scandinavia.

  • You have previous experience with budget oversight and feel confident in independently managing and planning a budget.
  • Since you will be organizing kick-offs, events, and shows, there will sometimes be inconvenient working hours such as evenings and weekends, as well as travel. However, for the most part, you will work regular office hours with flexibility. We work in a hybrid model, so you will work from our beautiful office in the heart of Stockholm, but you also have the option to work from home occasionally.

  • Work with Influencers/Ambassadors/Celebrities

Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or experience we deem equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role or within a marketing/digital agency.

• Comfortable working with different digital tools for event management.

• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English to ensure effective communication across local and global teams.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.

• Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus but not a must
