This role will oversee the planning and execution of sales campaigns, merchandising, and catalogue strategies, while also managing business analytics, event coordination, digital communication strategies, and budget control. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure the effective execution of commercial plans and alignment with overall business objectives.

Sales Strategies:

  • Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate commercial strategies per campaign.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Merchandising, Planning & Catalogue Management:

  • Create, implement, and monitor the local matrix for programming sales and strategies, ensuring the successful execution of at least three strategies per campaign.

Business Analysis:

  • Track daily KPIs and assess the impact of each commercial plan.
  • Manage databases for communication and support Business Coaches in commission planning.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision-making.

Event Coordination:

  • Conceptualize and coordinate creative ideas for events.
  • Oversee the approval of POP materials and prepare and execute presentations.

Design & Communications:

  • Coordinate and monitor digital strategies and communication schedules to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Budget Management:

  • Prepare, control, and monitor the annual budget for sales strategys’ activities, PR, advertising, events, printing, renewals, web offers, outlet promotions, and off-catalogue items.

Purchasing & Supplier Management:

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, oversee purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with procurement to optimize purchasing processes.

Inventory & Margin Control:

  • Monitor and control inventory, focusing on excess and expired items.
  • Implement margin control actions, particularly with out-of-catalogue (OOC) items, and work to decrease provisioning needs.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, merchandising, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in business analysis, with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English
