Your mission is to develop and execute groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns and digital experiences that push the boundaries of beauty standards.

Marketing Assistant

  • Develop and execute unconventional creative ideas for digital campaigns, and activation tactics that align with our business goals, brand and target audience, including content creation, ad placement and budget management.
  • Content Revolution: Spearhead and execute unconventional content creation, including AR/VR experiences, interactive videos, and immersive storytelling to captivate the beauty community together with our global digital marketing team, creative agency and inhouse teams.
  • SEO & SEM Mastery: Optimize our online presence for search engines while exploring groundbreaking SEM approaches.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Together with global digital marketing team Analyze data and consumer behavior to create data-informed, creative marketing experiments.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Planning and execution Media, Media Buying Management, support media buying and ad placement across multiple digital channels, monitor and optimizing for cost-efficiency and maximum reach.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Work closely with the global e-commerce team to improve user experience, enhance product listings, and drive online sales
  • Proofreading and securing localization global content
  • Managing personalization campaigns. Be on the top of the campaigns and trends with personalization, dedicate time to planning the campaigns, follow-up on campaign performance (A/B testing), optimize the campaign, roll-out the campaigns, share the learnings.
  • Support global testing and pilots for different tools and campaigns.
  • Localization of global CRM journeys. Local CRM AdHocs planning& execution for Marketing and Sales focuses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, campaign planning and media buying.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software to create unconventional content is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, AR/VR, and their applications in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience working with SFMC is a plus
