  • Regulatory Affairs as a function maximise opportunities and minimise risks by guiding business decisions based on the regulatory insights, and provide appropriate governance to protect the Company’s freedom to operate and innovate. As part of the Global Regulatory Affairs Team, the Regulatory Scientist, is responsible for supporting the Function in ensuring a successful expansion of the Nutritional Products portfolio and maintaining product’s compliance in global markets. They promote the Compliance Culture within the organisation and lead the regulatory data management.
  • Support the Regulatory team, Nutritional Products, in compliance activities through the New Product Development process.
  • Engage with relevant markets, global wide, to understand regulatory requirements for nutritional products and identify any obstacles to launch.
  • Review formulations and labelling for compliance against local market requirements and identify any risks.
  • Source, review and ensure on time dispatch of necessary documentation to support product registrations in markets.
  • Collaborate with other Functions, e.g. Marketing, Supply, Quality, Packaging and promotes the Oriflame Standards and Regulatory Policies.
  • Lead the regulatory data management within the team and play a role of a key user of IT systems relevant for Regulatory.
  • Work as a member of the Global Regulatory Affairs team to ensure departmental objectives are met on time.
  • Qualification in Food Science or similar discipline
  • At least 3 years regulatory experience in food or food supplement industry or pharmacy
  • Knowledge of the EU legislation for nutritional products. Experience with the other regions requirements is the additional asset.
  • Strong organizational & administrative capability with proven ability to manage projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross functionally, independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to influence
