Solution Expert Supply Chain is responsible for the creation and improvement of IT solutions supporting Oriflame business in Supply Chain areas (Distribution and Supply Planning, Inventory and Logistics). S/He onsults, develops, implements and integrates system solutions for Oriflame’s supply chain/logistics functions. S/He works with business partners to determine solution requirements and goals, and translates them into functional and non-functional specifications. Together with developers and third-party solution providers, S/He manages the development and implementation. S/He is also considered as a source of knowledge in the area.

Important Success Factors & Nice-to-haves

• Experience in business analysis and creating test specifications
• Experience with any ERP system (preferably IFS and BlueYonder)
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Product development or Manufacturing
• Application modelling (e.g. activity diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, etc.)
• Business process design and modelling (BPMN)
• Source code understanding (ideally PL/SQL), programming

Ideal Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Economy, Logistics or similar
• English written and spoken, min. level B2

• Established and well-performed team
