About the Role

As a Technical Designer (Text Layout Editor), you’ll play a key role in adapting and finalizing multilingual layouts for print and digital materials (catalogues) . You’ll ensure typographic accuracy, price updates, and seamless localization across market versions while collaborating with translators/coordinators and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Text Layout & Adaptation
  • Format and adapt typography for multilingual market versions, ensuring consistency with English master layouts;
  • Implement text translations, corrections, and localization updates in collaboration with Market Translators/Coordinators.
  1. Price & Content Updates
  • Accurately update prices and promotional content in layouts based on market requirements.
  1. Prepress, Quality Control & Digital adoptation
  • Conduct final pre-release checks for print and digital materials (e.g., bleed, margins, text flow);
  • Convert layouts into digital verion into iPaper (digital platform).
  1. Layout Design Support
  • Assist in designing stitch-in merchandising pages or similar promotional content.

 Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in layout design, technical production, or a similar role (e.g., Junior Designer, Text Layout Editor);
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential);
  • Upper-Intermediate English to collaborate with your manager and global teams;
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and visual consistency;
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with iPaper is welcome but not a mandatory as we will provide on-site education;
  • Basic knowledge of prepress standards (CMYK, PDF/X, bleed, etc.).
